Concept design

A landscape concept plan is a detailed plan of your property that shows the layout and relationships between garden spaces, major elements and planting. The concept design process begins with an initial consultation onsite to discuss your requirements and ideas; (from here we can establish a fee proposal which outlines the initial cost of providing a concept drawing and planting plan) we then creatively develop these ideas into a plan which suits your needs and your property. The final outcome is a full colour landscape concept design which will provide a coherent direction for a contractor to follow. Our designs are often Cad based which means a higher level of accuracy and the ability to make changes extremely efficiently.

Planting plan

A planting plan is designed in conjunction with the concept plan and is used to identify and locate all of the plants used within the garden scheme. A good planting plan is critical for the long term health of any landscape. Our designers identify what plants do well within the particular conditions of the site (for example sun/shade, soil type, drainage and wind exposure) and how the planting will link into the concept design to integrate both function and form.

Build

Once the concept plan is complete we can help you to proceed with the creation of your new garden. To ensure high standards Space landscape work with experienced horticultural and hard landscape professional contractors and can manage the project from day one to completion.
